All the leather goods we make here in our studio are guaranteed for 2 years. If anything goes wrong with your bag, including zippers, just return it for a free repair. You just pay for the shipping.
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it, unused, for an exchange on any item of equal or lesser value. You just pay the shipping. Sorry, this offer cannot extend to custom orders. All custom orders, including color selection orders, are final sales.

Make sure that the subject line reads "returned item", and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to take care of your return.
To be considered for return, the product must be in the original packaged condition - all tags attached. The return must occur within 5 business days of receipt. A 25% restocking charge may apply to cover the original shipping and handling costs. Please Correctly Complete all necessary customs forms indicating that the package is a 'RETURN'. Any additional customs charges will be charged to the customer.

All items are shipped at a flat rate of $8.00 per item. For GAB*BAG orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for order processing as each bag is individually hand-crafted. Items ship via UPS or USPS (tracking # available upon request).
